PU HCC faculty members secures selection for EELISA Skill Up 2025

LAHORE: (Monday, December 22, 2025): Punjab University Hailey College of Commerce’s lecturer PhD Scholar Mr. Hafiz Fawad Ali has been selected to participate in the prestigious ‘EELISA Skill Up 2025 – Collaboration, Inclusion & Entrepreneurial Universities program hosted by the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), Switzerland.
As part of this recognition, he has also secured a competitive 800 Euros grant to support his participation in the Europe-based activities. A central highlight of this opportunity is his involvement in the ZHAW Concept Lab, an innovation-driven learning environment designed to bring together scholars, educators, and practitioners to co-create solutions to real-world societal and entrepreneurial challenges. The Concept Lab focuses on hands-on experimentation, rapid prototyping, interdisciplinary teamwork, and the practical application of research insights. It serves as a creative space where participants transform ideas into tangible concepts while working closely with experts from across the EELISA network.
Fawad Ali’s selection reflects his dedication to research excellence, inclusive innovation and the integration of entrepreneurial thinking within academia. His participation in the ZHAW Concept Lab further strengthens his ability to contribute to global discussions on educational innovation, sustainability, and the future of socially responsible entrepreneurship. This achievement adds to his growing list of international recognitions, underscoring not only personal excellence but also the expanding global footprint of Pakistani academia.
